SPECIAL OFFERS
HOTEL-SERVICE: daily tidy-up of the apartment (kitchenette excluded) and change of towels.
7 NIGHTS = 6 NIGHTS (one free night) from 31/3 to 26/5 and from 22/9 to 03/11
LONG HOLIDAY 15% discount for a minimum stay of 10 nights in periods 26/5-16/6 and 8/9-3/11 .
The three offers above are not combinable.

BEACH SERVICE FREE: 1 beach umbrella, 1 deck chair and 1 sun bed per flat in periods 26/5 - 16/6 and 1/9 – 22/9. Service subject to availability.

MINIMUM STAY
3 nights, starting any day of the week from 31/3 to 16/6 and from 8/9 to 3/11
7 nights, starting on Saturday from 16/6 to 8/09

CHECK-IN: from 5 pm to 7 pm. Late arrivals have to be arranged in advance with the Reception.
CHECK-OUT: from 8 am to 10 am.

COSTS INCLUDE:
Miniclub: (children 4-12 years, every day at fixed hours, except Saturdays), games and swimming classes in the pool (from 26/5 to 22/9)
Swimming pool: pool, children’s pool and whirlpool (from 19/5 to 3/11)

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS
Flat rate for water, electricity and gas, air conditioning/heating, bed linen weekly changed, bath linen with daily change and daily tidy-up of the flat (kitchenette excluded): € 42 per person per week. For shortest stay (Minimum 3 nights) € 10 per person per day.
Minimum 2 paying guests in the Suite and 3 paying guests in the and Family Suite and Family Suite Superior. Children below 8 years of age free of charge.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Baby Cot (0-2 years): single charge € 30 (linen not provided).Service to be reserved and subject to availability.
Booster seat for children single charge € 15. Service to be reserved and subject to availability.

FINAL CLEANING KITCHENETTE:
The final cleaning of the flat and of the kitchenette is to be taken care of by client (unless arranged otherwise with the Reception staff). Upon arrival, the client leaves a deposit of 25 euros. If the kitchenette is cleaned by the guest at the departure, the deposits will be refunded.

BEACH SERVICE
Service available from 26/5 to 22/9: 1 beach umbrella, 1 deck chair and 1 sun bed per week per flat:

euros 125 from 30/6 to 04/8 and from 25/8 to 01/9

RESTAURANT SERVICE (from 19/5 to 7/10)
available at Hotel Residence Stella del Mare (600 m from the Villa), in period 19/5-22/9:
Buffet breakfast: € 8 per person per day. Children 4-7 years € 5 per day.
Half board (buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner) € 24 per person per day. Children 4-7 years € 15 per day. Beverages not included.
Full board (buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner) € 35 per person per day. Children 4-7 years € 23 per day. Beverages not included.
Children 0-3 years free.

DEPOSITS. Security deposit to be paid at check-in € 150 per flat. The amount will be refunded after approval of check-out inspection.
