2008 RESERVATIONS GENERAL CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS: The client will send an availability request to the structure.
Villa Mazzanta will confirm the availability, sending an estimate.
The client will verify the estimate and confirm their desire to reserve the stay.
Villa Mazzanta will give the client the lodging option, valid for a clearly stated amount of time, and contextually require a security deposit equal to 30% of the entire amount. That amount must be sent by means of a money order or bank transfer. The client will send a confirmation to Villa Mazzanta, via email or fax, attaching a copy of the proof of payment.
Villa Mazzanta will consider the reservation definite only after receiving the security deposit and the following send of the confirming voucher. In the case of Villa Mazzanta not accepting the reservation request, the security deposit will reimbursed to the client.
The balance of the stay must be paid at check-in.
CANCELLATION: From the day of the reservation confirmation to 45 days prior to the date of arrival, the cancellation penalty is 15% of the total price of the stay.
From 44 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation penalty is 30% of the total price of the stay.
In any case, an inviolable minimum of € 150 will be due for business reimbursement.
After 24 hours of the expected arrival, (17:00 of the following day), should written communication not be received (e-mail, fax, telegram or certified mail), the lodging will no longer be available to the one who made the reservation, in that it will be considered silently renounced. The lodging will therefore be replaced as available to third-parties without having any reimbursement and the security deposit will be confiscated as a penalty.
Only cancellations for family motives properly documented will be considered, as provided for by the Civil Code.
Wie im Zivilrecht vorgesehen, können nur rechtmäßig dokumentierte familiäre Gründe geltend gemacht werden.
Saranno prese in esame solo le rinunce per motivi familiari debitamente documentate, come previsto dal Codice Civile.
LAST MINUTE: In the case of last minute reservations, the same conditions as listed above apply..
CREDIT CARD: They are accepted for payment of the balance at check-in. They are accepted for payment of the security deposit for last minute reservations by means of sending the details. Accepted cards: Visa and MastercarT.
